What to expect at your first visit

We are excited to welcome you as a new client! Please review our Spa Policy below.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so you can fill out an information sheet and we can talk about your questions, concerns and goals for your treatment with us.

Spa Policy

At True Beauty, our goal for your time with us is to enjoy a tranquil, peaceful and quiet environment so you can fully relax and recharge.

We ask that all clients observe our policies:

• Please silence your cell phone when you enter.
• No children are allowed in the spa area or treatment rooms. Please make arrangements for them so you (and other clients in the spa) can relax free of distraction.
• When you book an appointment, we will ask for your credit card information to hold your appointment.
• If you need to cancel an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a 50% service charge. All same day cancellations will be charged 100% Service cost. No exceptions
  
• We respect your time and appreciate you respecting ours. No shows/no calls will be charged at 100% of booked service cost. This is a strictly enforced policy.
  
• We require 50% on services $100 dollars or more.
