We offer complementary underground parking located below our Spa.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow you to unwind, drink some water or have a cup of herbal tea and fill out a consultation form.
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT- you will not be entitled to your full treatment time, or you will be charged a 25% fee of the service cost.
True Beauty thrives in a tranquil, peaceful and quiet environment so please be considerate and keep your voices low, clients could be in their treatment.

Sorry but no children allowed in the spa area or treatment rooms
A 24 hr cancellation is required to avoid a service charge of 50% of service.
We will ask for your credit card information to hold your appointment when booking.
A 50% deposit is required for groups, parties, and special events of 4 people or more.
For group parties of 4 people or more a 72 hr cancellation notice is required to avoid a forfeit of your 50% deposit.
**18% gratuity will be added for groups of 4 or more***
RETURNS
We will honor returns for skin care products up to 30 days only with receipt and original packaging. Absolutely no returns for mineral make-up or exchanges all sales are final with make-up.
