My first experience was not a good one. On my first appointment date I showed up on time, but the building was completely closed down. I was told later that there was a scheduling error on the part of the SPA. I showed up for my rescheduled appointment and again, the building was closed. I couldnt believe it. I was again told that there was another scheduling error on the part of the SPA. I decided to make my third appointment because the SPA advised it would be free, I made sure to schedule the appointment according to the SPA's convenience. Unfortunate but true. Now I have a gift certificate for a SPA that I would choose not to return to.
